The MSRTC's 'Shiv shahi' bus was en route from Shegaon when a blaze erupted at 11am, the official said.

The fire was reportedly caused by a short circuit. The driver noticed the flames immediately, brought the bus to a halt, and evacuated all the passengers. Although the bus was gutted by the fire, there were no casualties.
