Leicester City manager Claude Puel is satisfied with the balance in the squad and says they are unlikely to make more signings in the current transfer window unless a "valuable" player leaves.

Leicester have added defenders Jonny Evans, Ricardo Pereira, goalkeeper Danny Ward and midfielder James Maddison to their squad and media reports say that the club has also opened contract extension talks with England defender Harry Maguire.

With the transfer deadline less than a week away, Puel is content with his team.

"I think if a valuable player for us has to leave the club, of course, we will have another player," Puel is quoted as saying by Leicestershire Live. "But at the moment I am happy for the balance of the team.

"Of course I said we have to find the solution for some players (who may leave) but I am happy at the moment.

"If some player for different reasons moves, I don't speak about Harry and other valuable players, but we will have a replacement of course."

Leicester will likely be without Maguire and Jamie Vardy, who has been on international duty at the World Cup, for their starting league fixture at Manchester United on Aug. 10.
