COTIF CUP 2018: India beats Argentina 2-1, creates history

It was the game-changing freekick in 68th min by Anwar Ali after a foul on Rahim Ali which made the scoreline 2-0 for India.

It was a spectacular effort by Team India to win match 2-1 against Argentina in COTIF CUP 2018.

It was a 4th min effort by Ninthoi and Deepak Tangri which gave India much-needed lead. It was a corner shot by  Nithoi guided inside the net by Tangri.

Argentina was on the attack and looked desperate to equalize amid India’s scintillating first-half display.

In the second half, 54th min saw Aniket getting a red card for an uncalled challenge. India was down ten men.

72nd min saw Argentina scoring a consolation goal, denying India of a clean sheet.

It was a thumping win for India against Argentina. It was a historic 2-1 win for India against South Americans.
