MSN web portal now available in Hindi

Users can avail the MSN Hindi service on desktop, mobile, Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 and MSN News app, with integrated access to popular sites like Facebook and Twitter, as well as Microsoft services like Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and Skype.

MSN, a web portal and related collection of Internet services and apps for Windows and mobile devices, provided by Microsoft have partnered with some of India’s leading publishers to launch its web service in Hindi.

Contemplating the fact that Hindi constitutes nearly 50 percent of the vernacular internet audience in India, MSN is providing the web service in Hindi covering news, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, astrology, motoring and weather at 'www.msn.com/hi-in'.

Microsoft told in a blog post that the content for the Hindi version will be taken from media brands like Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan, Aaj Tak, NDTV India, BBC Hindi, Sportskeeda and Money Bhaskar, among others.

Users can avail the MSN Hindi service on desktop, mobile, Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 and MSN News app, with integrated access to popular sites like Facebook and Twitter, as well as Microsoft services like Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and Skype.

“MSN now offers the Hindi-speaking population, in India and around the world, the same world-class content and information experience that English-speaking audiences have enjoyed for years. We’re thrilled to give hundreds of millions of Hindi speakers access to our wide array of premium worldwide content partners.”

Launched on August 24, 1995, MSN web portal is available in 26 languages and in over 50 countries across the world, with more than 450 million users.
