The second edition of the International Trade Fair of the Secretariat, scheduled for April 9 to 14, 2018, opened Monday in Abidjan with the participation of some member countries of the African Federation of Secretaries, Assistants and Executive Attachés (FASAAD), including Morocco, Benin, and Cameroon.

For one week, Abidjan will be the "African capital of the Secretariat". The participants, coming from several countries of the continent, will discuss the theme '' Secretary / Assistant, for more professionalism ''. 

This second edition is special because it coincides with the National Secretary's Day, celebrated every 14th of April. To mark these festivities the Ivorian League of Secretaries initiated a gala dinner on this occasion.

The President of the African Federation of Secretaries, Assistants and Executive Officers (FSAAD), Joséphine N'Zegué, accompanied by her Vice President Fara Kadja, congratulated the Ivorian League of Secretaries for the organization of this event which mobilized thirty or so partners.

Through this 2nd edition of the show, the President of the Ivorian League of Secretaries, Catherine Assalé wants to contribute to the fight against unemployment of young graduates of universities and colleges by offering them nearly 1,000 places of internships and first jobs by the end of 2018.

The International Trade Show of the secretariat is intended as a platform for promoting and promoting all the secretarial professions, strengthening the skills of the company's stakeholders, exchanging and sharing experiences between professionals in the profession.

"Without a good secretary, there are no good bosses, good planning, and no tasks, because you are the strong link of a winning company," said Martine Koffi Studer, President of the Board of Directors. administration of Bolloré Ivory Coast, godmother of the ceremony.

The ceremony was placed under the patronage of Mr Hamed Bakayoko, Minister of State in charge of Defense. He was represented by Bazoumana Coulibaly, who praised the commitment of executive secretaries in their vision to respond to the challenges of their corporation.

The Ivorian league of secretaries was created in 1979 by Alexis Gogoua, founder and honorary president of the organization. Its mission is to raise awareness of the role and place of the secretary in the company, to consolidate and organize the secretarial professions.

It has, with the support of technical partners such as Global Compétences Group, the Cotton-Cashew Council, managed to meet big challenges for the organization of the second edition of the International Trade Show.
