Railways appoint Rajesh Agrawal as new member of Rolling Stock Railway Board

The Railways has appointed 1980 batch officer of Indian Railways Services of Mechanical Engineering (IRSME) Rajesh Agrawal as the new member of Rolling Stock, Railway Board.
The post was vacant in the past month. Agarwal, who was general manager of Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli, served as UNESCO/ICOMOS expert in world-heritage, environment, tourism, culture, museum, conservation, sustainable development, stakeholder-frameworks and community.
Agrawal, who held several important executives and managerial positions in Indian Railways and has served in eight zonal Railways, is one of the authors of All Indian Railways World Heritage Sites Inscriptions.
