Two brothers have been shot dead in Thakurganj area here by some people due to old enmity, following which one accused has been arrested, police said on Thursday.
Arman (18) and Imran (20) were shot Wednesday night by some people due to old enmity, SP Kalanidhi Naithani said, adding they were rushed to the hospital, where they died during treatment.
At the time of the incident, both Arman and Imran were in a car with friend Nishant and car and bike-borne people stopped them and opened fire, the police official said.
One Sahil has been arrested in this case and search is on for the other accused, he said.
