Canada wraps up Youth Can Do It entrepreneurship event, promoting young minds

Through Youth Can Do It! (YCDI), passionate entrepreneurs received advice from experienced business leaders, built relationships with mentors and met with senior government officials.

From June 10 to 12, the Bardish Chagger, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister of Small Business and Tourism, along with Futurpreneur Canada, BDC and Startup Canada, hosted 25 young entrepreneurs in Ottawa. These participants, aged 18 to 24, liaised with business experts, engaged in panel discussions and refined their business skills through hands-on activities. They also had the opportunity to discuss the challenges facing young entrepreneurs and the support needed for their endeavours.

Through Youth Can Do It! (YCDI), these passionate entrepreneurs received advice from experienced business leaders, built relationships with mentors and met with senior government officials. They leave Ottawa with new knowledge and contacts to help them grow their businesses and prepare them for the next stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
