New headquarter of BSCA bank to be inaugurated tomorrow

BSCA Bank has started its activities since July 2015. It offers its clients a range of classic and innovative banking products.

The new building of the Sino-Congolese Bank for Africa (BSCA Bank) will be inaugurated tomorrow, April 10, by the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denis Sassou N'Guesso.

BSCA Bank is an initiative of President Denis Sassou N'Guesso and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping which aims to help Chinese investors and Congolese and African economic operators to carry out their transactions on the Chinese market, 
  
Construction work on this new headquarters was launched in March 2016 by the Congolese Head of State. The headquarters constructed by China State Construction and Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and the project cost was 30 billion CFA francs.
  
BSCA Bank has a capital of 53,342,800,000 CFA francs, fully subscribed and paid out, divided between Agricultural Bank of China (50 percent), the Private Participation Company of Congolese Private Shareholders (21.5 percent), the National Oil Company of Congo (15 percent), the Congolese state (12 percent), and the company Magminerals Potasses Congo (1.5 percent). 
  
The building, which will be inaugurated tomorrow, is of type R + 15, with a car park space for 150 customers. 

BSCA Bank has started its activities since July 2015. It offers its clients a range of classic and innovative banking products. 

The bank has an agency in Pointe-Noire and intends to cover the entire national territory, before deploying in the Central Africa sub-region. The company the further plans to expand in other regions of the continent.
