The city government of San Juan will provide affordable housing to the policemen, teachers and all those working in city hall under the project F. Manalo Housing in Barangay Batis. As of now, the city government has already provided housing to 300 informal settler families.

According to the Councilor Vincent Pacheco of the Committee on Housing, Land and Urban Development, the second phase of Mayor Guia Gomez’s housing project is almost about to complete. He further said,” This housing project is one of the significant components of Mayor Guia Gomez’s 7 Ks Program which is Kalinga sa Pamilya.”

He added before the end of the year, the beneficiaries will be able to occupy the aimed two buildings with ten floors per building.

The twin housing projects are part of flagships projects of Gomez. He has been pushing for other projects also which aims at the upliftment and upgradation of both, people and the environment.
