Madkar Sandeep Sampat, who was working as the SP of Kalahandi district, has been transferred and posted as SP, CID, Crime Branch. OPS officer Deba Prasad Dash is new SP Sonepur and his cadre officer Sashi Bhusan Satapathy is new SP of Nayagarh district.
