Aug 11 (PTI) Three persons, including

racket here, police said today.
The police made the arrests following an FIR which was
lodged in Assams Cachar district.
Two women, who were also allegedly part of the racket,
fled the house where they were confined to and filed the FIR
against a woman who was running the racket and two others at
the Rangirkhari police station on Thursday, Cachar
Superintendent of Police Rakesh Roshan said.
The two women who had filed the FIR claimed before
reporters that the sex racket was being run by four women,

including three MLAs from both ruling and opposition parties,
police officers, employees of the Cachar Deputy Commissioners
office and a former Municipal Commissioner of Silchar were
frequent visitors to the den.

case on the basis of the FIR and appropriate action will be
