A special court for NIA cases here framed charges against two men today under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for allegedly instigating city youths to join terrorist organization ISIS.

In 2016, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Rizwan Ahmed and Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed, residents of Malvani area here, for alleged links with the ISIS and for trying to indoctrinate several youths and persuade them to join the ISIS.
