The Islamic Development Bank Group's (IDB), an international financial institution, focuses on economic development and social progress of member countries and Muslim communities in non-member countries will host its 43rd annual meeting from April 1-5 Tunisian capital, Tunis.
The meeting will be attended by nearly 2,000 participants from around the world including fifty-seven ministers of economy and finance of member countries and about one thousand experts, economists and financiers from Tunisia and other countries.
The conference will have 50 sessions addressed by over 100 speakers to discuss nearly hundred topics.
The gathering will hold discussions on various topics including digital technologies, sustainable development, Islamic capital, youth employment and food security.
The purpose of the Bank is to foster the economic development and social progress of member countries and Muslim communities individually as well as jointly in accordance with the principles of Shari'ah i.e., Islamic Law.
