New York Jets rookie quarterback Sam Darnold was listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans after he was limited in practice for the third consecutive day on Friday.
Darnold has missed the past two games because of a right foot injury and is hopeful of being cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Veteran Josh McCown, who started in Darnold's absence, was limited in Thursday's practice with back and thumb injuries but was a full participant on Friday. Davis Webb is the team's third-string quarterback.
Coach Todd Bowles said Friday that he already had decided who would start against the Titans but would not reveal his choice until shortly before game time.
Darnold, the No. 3 overall pick from Southern California, has completed just 55 percent of his passes and leads the league with 14 interceptions. He has thrown for 1,934 yards and 11 touchdowns.
