Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Dubai Foundation for the Future has launched the second phase of the Dubai 10X initiative, which aims to develop joint government services that Dubai will bring to the world's cities 10 years from now.
The initiative intends to transform Dubai into an international center for the future industry and to shape the work of the government in the coming stage. The move aims to make the emirate a world capital of innovation within the span of a decade.
In addition to launching new joint initiatives, the second phase of Dubai 10X will complement the achievements of the first phase of 26 approved projects by contributing to accelerating the work of all government agencies to translate ideas and proposals into government projects and services through 24 months.
The second phase of the initiative is based on the participation of the Dubai 10X teams in expertise, skills, resources and minds within a common sector framework to deliver and launch joint initiatives covering all key sectors affecting the quality of human life, Tourism and Economy, Security and Safety, Media, Health and Emergency, Community Life, Infrastructure and Sustainability, Education, and others.

The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) also organized a workshop where team leaders of the 37 government entities partook in it, and reviewed the accomplishment of the first phase of the initiative.
