The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) 2018 conference will commence from April 8 to 11 in Boao, a town next to the eastern coastal city of Qionghai in Hainan Province, China.
Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi informed earlier today that Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of the 2018 Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference 2018.
The theme for the conference will be, "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity." The four-day event will see around 60 formal discussions.
Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) is a non-governmental and non-profit international organization with a fixed conference date and a fixed domicile.
It also aims to offer a high-end dialogue platform for governments, enterprises, experts, and scholars to jointly discuss economy, society, and environment and other relevant issues.
Through its working network with the political, business, and academic circles, BFA will serve the ever-growing economic cooperation among its members and between its members and other entities.
