Security forces start search operation in Shopian
Security forces started a cordon and search operation in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district on Sunday following information about the presence of militants there.
The operation was started in the orchards of Shermal village after intelligence inputs about the presence of militants there, police said.
The operation is underway and hitherto, there was no exchange of fire in the area, police said.
