Castor seed bold and castor oil commercial slipped at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following subdued demand from soaps and shippers industries.

Elsewhere, refined palmolein also eased due to sluggish demand from retail buyers.

While, groundnut oil and linseed oil ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.

In the non-edibles segment, castor seed bold declined by Rs 15 per 100 kg to Rs 4,430 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 4,445 and castor oil commercial edged down by Rs 3 per 10 kg.
