WNS (Holdings) Limited, a global provider of Business Process Management solutions, reported mixed results for the first quarter of fiscal 2025, ending June 30, 2024. Revenue dropped to $323.1 million, a 1.0% decrease from the same period last year. Profit also decreased to $28.9 million.
The company attributed the revenue decline to volume reductions with certain clients, particularly in the travel sector, and a shift in project work. However, new client acquisitions and expanded client relationships partially offset these declines.
WNS updated its fiscal 2025 guidance, projecting revenue between $1,290 million and $1,354 million, and Adjusted Net Income between $203 million and $215 million. The company remains optimistic about its strategic growth initiatives and technology investments.
