ASML is experiencing notable constraints in servicing certain customer plants in China, according to Chief Executive Christophe Fouquet. On Wednesday, Fouquet highlighted that while general operations continue, specific fabs face more stringent limitations.
During a call with analysts after ASML's second-quarter earnings report, Fouquet pointed out that some customer plants are subject to stricter conditions, mainly due to parts being sent from the U.S. or Europe.
Despite these hurdles, ASML continues to operate in the Chinese market, although facing increased regulatory pressures on specific operations.
