SP Leader Blames Centre for Security Lapses After Soldiers' Deaths in Anantnag Encounter

Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Ghanshyam Tiwari has accused the Centre of failing to provide foolproof security in Jammu and Kashmir, following the deaths of two soldiers and injuries to two civilians in an encounter with terrorists in Anantnag.

Tiwari, addressing ANI, lamented the continuous sacrifices made by the Indian Army. He called for accountability from Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, emphasizing that the Army's valor is unmatched.

Meanwhile, the Indian Army's operation to track down terrorists in the Kokernag area of Anantnag continues. The Army, alongside the Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF, is paying tribute to the fallen soldiers, honoring their supreme sacrifice in the line of duty amid challenging conditions.
