Colombia's oil industry is witnessing a slump, as the country's oil production declined by 0.99% in March over the previous year, averaging 740,497 barrels per day, according to the National Hydrocarbon Agency (ANH).
Adding to the industry's woes, commercial gas production in the country dropped 14.7% year-on-year during March, registering a production rate of 700 million cubic feet per day.
These figures underscore the broader challenges facing Colombia's energy sector, impacting both oil and gas outputs significantly in recent months.
