Health Minister Gajendra Singh announced on Thursday that the Rajasthan government will continue the chief minister's free medicine distribution scheme and plans to enhance it further.
In the Rajasthan Assembly's Question Hour, Singh responded to supplementary questions from members regarding the scheme’s future.
Singh revealed that the previous government had not fully utilized the allocated funds in certain constituencies and noted that 1,29,06,823 patients benefited in Karauli district from 2019 to March 2024 under the program.
