Patna Police on Wednesday arrested Pawan Mahto after a raid on his residence led to the seizure of live ammunition, chemicals for explosives, and army-resembling protective gear. The arrest follows intelligence inputs that prompted an early morning raid by district police.
The confiscated items included 35 live cartridges, potassium nitrate, bomb fuse material, and military-style protective gear. Mahto was apprehended at his home in the Digha police station area of the city.
Further investigations are underway following the significant seizure, confirmed a release by the district police.
