NATO's New Command Center to Support Ukraine

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced a significant move to support Ukraine with the establishment of a new command center in Germany. The announcement was made on Thursday at a European Political Community meeting in Britain.

“We have agreed to establish a command to coordinate and provide security assistance and training for Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said. The new command center, operational from September, will host 700 personnel and will streamline the support and security assistance provided to Ukraine by NATO allies.

This initiative is seen as a crucial step in fortifying Ukraine's defense capabilities amid ongoing tensions in the region.
