Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has stated on Thursday that any attempts to involve Russia in a second peace summit on Ukraine are considered ultimatums, which Moscow would not accept. This announcement comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy pushes for a peace plan scheduled for November.
Last month, a first summit on Ukraine was held in Switzerland with the participation of delegations from 92 countries. However, Russia was not invited to the event and dismissed it as a waste of time.
