In a move likely to impact the upcoming assembly polls, Haryana's BJP government unveiled a series of benefits for Agniveers. These include a 10% reservation in recruitment for constable, forest guard, and jail warden positions.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also announced interest-free loans of up to Rs 5 lakh for Agniveers wishing to start their own businesses.
