A 35-year-old woman who worked as a cleaner lost her life after falling from the third floor of a building in the Dombivli MIDC, Thane district, Maharashtra. The incident occurred while she was sharing a light moment with a male colleague, police revealed on Thursday.
The tragic event took place on Tuesday morning at an office in the industrial area. A video of the accident has since gone viral on social media. According to an official from Manpada police station, both the woman and her male colleague accidentally slipped from the parapet of their third-floor office while having fun.
The woman fell to the ground and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead. Her colleague, who got stuck at the parapet after the fall, survived with injuries. The Manpada police have registered a case of accidental death and are currently conducting a thorough investigation.
