A fire broke out in the vicinity of the Afipsky refinery in Russia's southern Krasnodar region. The blaze was triggered by drone debris falling during the defense system's efforts to repel an air attack, the regional operational headquarters announced on Telegram.
The incident reportedly also caused damage to a gas pipeline in a residential private sector. According to the headquarters' statement, the debris falling from the drones led to the disruption.
Fortunately, there were no casualties reported in this incident, providing some relief in an otherwise tense situation caused by this aerial confrontation.
