Kevin Magnussen, the Danish driver, is looking to continue his Formula One career following the announcement of his departure from the Haas team at the end of the year. Esteban Ocon is expected to take his place in 2025, having already left the Alpine team.
Magnussen, who considers himself part of the Haas family after seven seasons, acknowledged the difficulty of his exit but remains hopeful about securing a new seat. 'I don't see myself putting an end to racing any time soon,' he stated during the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The seasoned driver joined Haas in 2017 and returned in 2022. Despite financial struggles and recent team changes, he has been a cornerstone for the team. Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix will be his 135th start with Haas, although his future role remains uncertain.
