Legendary Indian hockey goalkeeper PR Sreejesh has drawn inspiration from former cricket coach Rahul Dravid and aims to mentor up-and-coming talent in the sport.
Sreejesh revealed his aspirations to create a solid feeder system for the national hockey team, mirroring Dravid's approach of nurturing juniors before climbing the ranks to coach the national side.
The 36-year-old outlined his structured plan to start with juniors and build a pipeline that could see him taking the chief coach’s position by the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
