Maoist killed in Jharkhand

A Maoist was beaten to death by villagers on Friday in Jharkhand's Palamau district for trying to molest a woman, police said.

Anil Singh from the Jharkhand Jan Mukti Morcha (JJMP) forcibly entered a house in Irgu village and tried to overpower the woman, a police officer said. He died on the spot after the mob attack.
