Tennessee Titans cornerback Malcolm Butler is out of the NFL's concussion protocol and available to play against the New York Jets on Sunday.

Butler was injured late in the first half during Monday night's loss to the Houston Texans.

"Malcolm cleared protocol, so he should be available," head coach Mike Vrabel said after Friday's practice.

The Titans (5-6) will try to end a two-game losing skid when they meet the Jets (3-8), who have lost five in a row.

Butler, 28, has just one interception in 11 games with the Titans. He is in the first season of a five-year, $61 million deal.

The defensive backfield will be without safety Dane Cruikshank, who missed practice all week with a knee injury.
