Schools and colleges in Pune to be closed on Aug 6 due to continuous rains

The District Collector of Pune Naval Kishor Ram has announced that all schools and colleges of Pune district will remain closed tomorrow on Aug 6 due to continuous heavy rainfall in the region, according to news agency ANI.

The schools and colleges in Pune were closed today on August 5 as well. The city received heavy rains on August 4 with district authorities issuing an advisory asking people to be alert as the situation could turn critical, and also ordering schools and colleges to be shut on August 5.
