Normal campus operations have resumed at Arkansas State University, the institution announced on its official Twitter account. The statement said, "All clear. The College of Nursing and Health Professions buildings have been cleared. Normal campus operations can resume at this time."

An evacuation was underway after a bomb had been reported in the campus of Arkansas State University earlier today. The university asked the students to leave the building after a third party gave a report of a bomb at the College of Nursing and Health Professions.

Out of caution, the university asked the students to leave Eugene W. Smith Hall and Donald W. Reynolds Center for Health Sciences as well. The school said that the police officers were on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
