Many passengers were left stranded as a technical problem hit blue line of Delhi Metro on Thursday. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation announced that due to a technical issue, train services will be run temporarily in following loops: Between Janakpuri West & Dwarka Sec 21; Between Noida Electronic City & Rajouri Garden. While the restoration work is underway there is single line movement between Janakpuri West & Kirti Nagar, it stated.

One Twitter user posted "I am very disappointed at the poor service of Delhi Metro. How can you be so proud of it? Look at the abysmal service. I am stuck from 1 hour at Dwarka Metro station. Had to reach office at 3 pm but ...please do something to save the name."

Some Twitter users posted the pictures of overcrowded stations to bring attention to the inconvenience they are facing.
