Delhi: Youth found dead in south Delhi-based restaurant

A youth working in a south Delhi-based restaurant was found dead on Thursday with a knife injury in his chest, police said.

Police said the incident was reported around 7 p.m. when the deceased, Hemant, was admitted at Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital by his friends, Deepak and Abhay.

"Hemant was declared brought dead. He worked in Nukkad Wala restaurant at Saket PVR Anupam complex", said Deputy Commissioner of Police Vijay Kumar.

"He received a knife injury on his chest which pierced through his heart," Kumar said.

He was a resident of Dakshinpuri.
