Brazil's far-right President Jair Bolsonaro and Argentina's President Mauricio Macri said after their first meeting on Wednesday that they agreed on their opposition to Venezuela's authoritarian government, with Macri calling Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro a "dictator."
