Paul Kagame to share Rwanda’s progress in tourism, agri sectors at World Government Summit

President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame is currently in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates to attend the World Government Summit 2019.

Rwanda's Head of State, Paul Kagame is expected to deliver a keynote address at the World Government Summit 2019. The summit is intended to give a structure to the future of governments worldwide with a focus on how they can bind innovation and technology to solve universal challenges facing humanity. Even the trends of governance, replicable models, governance aspects and best practices are to be discussed in the summit.

Rwanda as a guest country will showcase its progress in the tourism and agricultural sectors this year at World Government Summit. The other two guest countries at this year's Summit and Costa Rica and Estonia. President Paul Kagame will share the country's tourism and agricultural sectors to more than 4,000 participants including Heads of State and Government from over 100 countries. "The top employer of Rwandan society is agriculture, employing up to 70% of the population," Gérardine Mukeshimana, Rwandan Minister of Agriculture said.

The World Government Summit seeks to develop the lives of people across the planet by empowering institutions and decision-makers with the knowledge to shape a better future.
