Algerian president's campaign manager arrives at constitutional council to collect papers

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika's campaign manager arrived on Sunday at the constitutional council in Algiers responsible for collecting the papers of candidates for the April 18 presidential election, a Reuters witness said.

Abdelghani Zaalane did not speak to reporters as he went into the building.
