Won't allow Citizenship Amendment Bill if elected to power: Rahul in Assam

Congress, if voted to power, will not allow Citizenship Amendment Bill, said Congress President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a public meeting in Golaghat, Assam. Congress will restore the special status of northeastern states, bring in industrial policy to make the region a manufacturing hub, he further added.
