Amritsar Bomb Blast: CCTV footage shows two suspected riding a bike with no number plate

Three persons were killed leaving more than 20 injured in the Amritsar bomb blast that took place on Sunday. As said by the eyewitnesses, the grenade was thrown by bike-borne persons at the religious congregation at Adhiwala village.

During the course of investigation, a new evidence has popped up. The recovered CCTV footage shows that two men riding a bike that has no number plate. Both of their faces are covered, while one of them is seen clad in shirt and jeans, the other is visible in kurta and pajama. Although the bike was not having a number plate, it is understood from the footage that the bike was a black Pulsar.

The police are absolutely treating it as an act of terrorism. The Nirankari followers were targeted at the Sant Nirankari Mission, a spiritual organization, which is close to the international airport and Indo-Pak border.
