Nigerian actress Yetunde Akilapa detained again for stealing a Lagos-based house

Nollywood actress, Yetunde Akilapa has been arrested for the fifth time while giving her effort in burgling a house in Ketu areas of Lagos. She is now under the custody for attempting to gain access to a house with a pair of master keys.

Yetunde Akilapa has created headlines earlier several times for similar acts. Her present detainment comes after six months after she was arrested and charged to court for burglary and stealing valuables of N7 million at Shangisha area of Ketu in Nigeria's Lagos.

The 32-year old actress, while arrested in 2014, said that "she wasn't a thief as she didn't steal anything and she didn't know what was happening to her." She further claimed the reason for her problem was spiritual.

"I can't even explain the circumstance I found myself. I am fed up with life. I am not what people think I am. God, please help me out of this mess," Yetunde Akilapa earlier said, as reported by Pulse.
