Hosts Odisha thrashed Goa by
276 runs in their Elite Group C Ranji Trophy game here
Wednesday.
Odisha bundled out Goa for a paltry 111 to register
this comprehensive win.
And again the pace duo of Rajesh Mohanty (5-49) and
Basant Mohanty (4-21) wreaked havoc as the Goa batsmen
faltered for the second time in three days.
For Goa, only Amogh Desai (28) showed resistance, but
others failed miserably.
Odisha had posted a healthy 352 in their first innings
and then bundled out Goa for 116 in the first essay.
Though Odisha were bowled out for 151 in their second
innings, their first innings lead meant that Goa had a
competitive score to chase.
But Odisha bowlers made their captain's job easy.

by 6 wickets.
At Jammu, Jharkhand clinched the crucial first
