The 4th South Africa International Conference on Educational Technologies (SAICET) 2018 is an international refereed conference that is dedicated to the advancement of research on Educational Technologies. SAICET 2018 is jointly organised by Association for Academics and Researchers in Africa and African Academic Research Forum. SAICET 2018 aims to offer a platform for academics and researchers in educational technologies to deliberate, network and present a wide range of perspectives, scholarship, and expertise in the pursuit of excellence in education.
