The University of Johannesburg is going to host the 6th Global Congress for Qualitative Health Research (QHR) in March 2018. The Global Congress for Qualitative Health Research is a forum where a group of qualitative researchers gathers together to learn, communicate and share information on qualitative inquiry as it pertains to health.
The objectives of the Congress are:
- To create and provide a platform for forming lasting networks and establishing new bonds and friendships to further develop the exciting world of qualitative research;
- To deliberate innovation ways for a deliberate transformation of practice guided research and positive application for transformation of healthy living as a reality in society;
- To explore the innovative application of qualitative research method to advance health competency and lifestyle patterns, and
- To promote the practice and application of qualitative research, translating results and recommendations in real-life informed practice approaches for all.
