Groyyo, the Gurugram-based B2B manufacturing and supply chain start-up, has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in US-based Oussum Inc, as part of its strategic expansion into the US retail and fashion sector.
The company, which primarily operates in the garments sector, aims to enhance its service offering by partnering with Oussum Inc to deliver an end-to-end design and delivery solution for retailers and brands across the US. It also plans to expand the omni-channel retail presence for private labels managed by both companies.
This collaboration focuses on scaling the brands 'Oussum' and 'Gypsie Blu' across offline and online channels throughout the US, including established retailers like Target, Walmart, Burlington, and TJ Maxx. Groyyo's aim is to double this presence nationally, leveraging its robust supply chain developed across South Asia.
