Godrej Properties has announced impressive sales figures from its first year in Hyderabad, marking Rs 2,600 crore in housing properties sold. This success is spurring the company to expand further in the city, which is seen as a lucrative market for premium and luxury residential projects.
In January, Godrej Properties entered the Hyderabad market with a new project in Kokapet. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej highlighted that the company has exceeded expectations in Hyderabad, achieving significant sales bookings from its first two projects launched in different quarters of the year.
Looking to capitalize on the city's growth potential, Godrej Properties has secured a 5-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, earmarked for a premium development with an estimated revenue of Rs 4,150 crore. The move is part of a broader strategy to increase its land holdings and revenue potential in key markets.
