Jaquar Group Aims for Illumination in Expanding Lighting Business
Jaquar Group plans to boost its lighting business revenue to Rs 1,700 crore in three years and expand its portfolio into outdoor, landscape and architectural lighting. The company is setting up a new plant in Bhiwadi and expects to increase its export share to 20% in the Middle East and Africa.

Jaquar Group, a leader in bathroom and lighting solutions, is eyeing significant growth in its lighting business, aiming for revenues of Rs 1,700 crore within three years, according to company officials.
With a diverse array ranging from consumer bulbs to outdoor architectural lighting, Jaquar plans to widen its offerings to include outdoor and landscape options. This initiative is part of a strategic expansion involving a new Rs 100 crore facility in Bhiwadi, slated to begin manufacturing lighting poles, with potential investment increases of Rs 50-60 crore over the next few years.
Focusing on international markets, the company targets the Middle East and Africa, hoping to raise export contributions from 15%-16% to 20%. In line with this, a 'Jaquar World' display centre is scheduled to open on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, signaling an enhanced international footprint.
